Warren Andrews, a 69-year-old man, was last seen on September 15, 2000, in Sebring, Florida. He was captured on surveillance video exiting the Garden Center of a Walmart store at approximately 12:57 PM that day. Andrews had previously lived in Lake Placid, Florida, and his disappearance raised immediate concerns among family members and law enforcement.
