Leroy Lewis, a 48-year-old man, was last seen on May 22, 2001, in Fort Worth, Texas. His disappearance remains unresolved, and very little information has surfaced about the circumstances surrounding the day he went missing. Lewis was reported to be 5'9" tall and weighed approximately 150 pounds at the time of his disappearance.
