Carlos Martinez, a 54-year-old man from Los Angeles, California, was last seen on July 22, 2018, near Vermont Avenue and Adams Boulevard. It is believed that Martinez may have been experiencing homelessness at the time of his disappearance. He was last observed in the vicinity of a Baskin Robbins, and since then, there have been no confirmed sightings or leads regarding his whereabouts.
