Justin Weldon O’Brien, 23, was last seen on April 29, 2002, in Waco, Texas. He disappeared under suspicious circumstances after telling his family that he was heading to his mother’s birthday party, but he never arrived. His apartment was found unusually clean, and two days later, his truck was discovered abandoned near a bus stop in Dallas, about 100 miles from Waco.
