Judith Fern Garcia, age 21, was last seen on December 24, 1989, leaving her home in Laguna, New Mexico. A member of the Pueblo of Laguna tribe, she was described as 5'2" tall, weighing around 138 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. On the day of her disappearance, Judith was wearing a Levi's jacket with faded trim, a black short-sleeved shirt, tan pants, and black heeled boots.
