Luisita Ravida Metters, a 41-year-old woman from Stockton, California, was last seen on December 13, 2013. She is of Filipino descent, standing 4'11" and weighing about 110 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. Luisita's case presents some puzzling details. Her ex-husband reported her missing in early 2012, but subsequent investigations revealed documented contact with her as late as December 2013. Since then, there has been no further trace of her, and she has not been heard from again.
