In the quiet community of St. Pauls, North Carolina, a family was forever changed by the disappearance of 17-year-old Rubelsy Escalante Perez. A Hispanic male with black hair and brown eyes, Rubelsy was last seen on February 21, 2016. At the time he went missing, he was described as being between 5'8' and 5'9' tall and weighing between 120 and 190 pounds.
