Madonna Bullis, a 42-year-old woman from Pensacola, Florida, was last seen on April 2, 2016. At the time of her disappearance, she was recovering from a shoulder injury, which had left her physically weak. She had blonde hair, blue eyes, and is approximately 5'5" tall, weighing about 120 pounds. She also has an appendectomy scar.
