On the cold morning of December 30, 2016, a vehicle registered to 30-year-old Daniel Friedman of Monsey, New York, was found abandoned on the east side of the Bear Mountain Bridge. This discovery marked the beginning of a heart-wrenching search for the former Ramapo Town Councilman.
