In the spring of 2017, 61-year-old Harland Stanley Rowland faced a period of instability in Yuma, Arizona. After being evicted from his residence in early April, his life became transient. He was a man with distinct features, including blue eyes, and hair that was graying and balding on top but long around the sides and back.
