The missing person is Harland Rowland, a 61-year-old Yuma resident who was reported missing from the 5600 block of East County 5.5 Street.
Mr. Rowland is described as a white male, 5’8″, approximately 170 pounds with grey hair and blue eyes. It is unknown what he was last wearing.
