Candice Shenee Hairl, age 30, was last seen in April 2023 at Ritter Supportive Housing in Indianapolis, Indiana, where she had been living since January 2022 due to struggles with mental health, including bipolar disorder. She left behind all her belongings and ceased contact with her family around late March, which was uncharacteristic of her.
