Any updates on this case?
Jaslyn Elisa Chavez Ramirez, a 17-year-old from Guatemala, went missing on August 19, 2017, near Aguilares, Texas, after crossing the U.S.-Mexico border with a group of migrants. During the journey through the desert, Jaslyn and another migrant decided to stay behind to rest while the rest of the group continued walking. About an hour later, the rest of the group reached a road, where they were apprehended and arrested by authorities. Unfortunately, Jaslyn has not been heard from since.
