Miranda Rodriguez, a 24-year-old woman from Houston, Texas, was last seen on August 24, 2017, just before Hurricane Harvey struck the city. Her family reported her missing after she failed to meet them at a designated location during the storm. Despite extensive searches, Miranda was not found, and her case remained unsolved for years.
