Soveida Guadalupe Robelo-Alvarez, a 37-year-old woman, was last seen on September 13, 2017, near McAllen, Texas. Originally from Guatemala, Soveida was attempting to cross the U.S. border illegally with a group of other migrants. According to reports from the group, during the journey, Soveida became ill, and they left her behind in the desert. Since that time, she has not been heard from again, and her case remains unsolved.
