Carl Wilber Newcomb, 79, was last seen on the evening of November 14, 2017, at his home in Peyton, Colorado, which he shared with his adult son. Carl was known to travel frequently, sometimes covering 200 to 400 miles a day, often revisiting places that held significance for him and his late wife. He preferred to travel on back roads rather than major highways, which made his disappearance harder to trace.
