Charles Fabian Missing Person Case

Charles Mikol Fabian, a 27-year-old man, was last seen on August 23, 1981, in Paradise, California. His wife reported him missing on August 29, 1981, noting that while it was not unusual for him to leave without notifying her, it was strange that he had left without money or his vehicle. He has not been seen or heard from since that day. Charles was known for his distinctive appearance, including being blind in his left eye, a peacock tattoo on his upper left arm, and a tattoo of a rose with the name "Kathy" on his right forearm. Additionally, he wore a silver wedding ring with turquoise and red coral stones.
