Kevin Isaacs, a 27-year-old man, was last in contact with his family on August 27, 1987. He made a collect call to his parents from Bradenton, Florida, and has not been heard from since. Originally from Minnesota, Isaacs had been residing in Florida during the 1980s, though he occasionally spent time in Duluth, Minnesota.
