Fraser Horne, a 64-year-old resident of Cortez, Florida, was last seen on November 17, 2017. A boating enthusiast, he set out that day with his dog from the Bradenton area, but never returned. His boat was later discovered still running near Egmont Key, with his dog unharmed onboard. Despite extensive searches covering over 2,100 square miles by the U.S. Coast Guard and other agencies, no sign of Fraser was found.
