Penny Yvonne Peeler, a 37-year-old woman, was last heard from on April 25, 1990, when she called her mother in Arkansas. During the conversation, Penny expressed concerns about ongoing marital issues with her husband of 16 years, Glenn “Bud” Peeler Jr. This phone call was the last confirmed contact anyone had with her.
