Darin Crocker, age 22, and his brother Kevin Crocker, age 27, were last seen on September 6, 1990, after leaving New Harbor, Maine, aboard their fishing vessel, the *North Wind*. The brothers had set out for a multi-day fishing trip, planning to return after four to five days. However, contact attempts made on September 7 and September 9 were unsuccessful. On September 10, a fuel spill was observed in the water, and the next day, another boat discovered Kevin Crocker's body.
