Felicia Lachell Clark, a 20-year-old woman, was last seen on October 25, 1991, in Memphis, Tennessee. On the evening of her disappearance, neighbors observed her sitting in her car, talking to a young man in the driveway. When her mother returned home around 6:00 p.m., Felicia was not at the house, even though she had laid out clothes for her job that began at 10:00 p.m. Concern grew when Felicia did not return home by her usual departure time of 9:15 p.m.
