Shetocquie Deon "Tanka" Burks, a 25-year-old from Monroe, Louisiana, was last seen on August 4, 1995. She has not been heard from since that day, and the circumstances of her disappearance remain unclear. At the time of her disappearance, Shetocquie was described as 5'3", weighing approximately 110 pounds, with shoulder-length, straightened brown hair and gray eyes.
