Hubert Helligar, a 66-year-old man from Winter Haven, Florida, was last seen on October 27, 2000. An experienced pilot, Helligar rented a Cessna 150 from Winter Haven Regional Airport for what was believed to be a routine flight to Kissimmee, a short distance away.
