Theresa Maynette Maxwell, aged 44, was last seen on December 28, 2002, in Hilliard, Florida. This date was also her birthday. She was last known to be at a Patriot Rentals unit on Testone Lane. Her disappearance wasn't reported until April 2, 2003, when her roommate informed authorities. He mentioned that Maxwell had been living with him for several months prior to her disappearance.
