Cynthia Jenkins, a 49-year-old woman from Upper Darby, Pennsylvania, was last seen by her family on June 20, 2006. At the time of her disappearance, she was known to live in her vehicle and frequently visited Ridley Creek State Park in Delaware County, Pennsylvania. Jenkins had white hair, though she was also known to dye it brown or black, and was described as being around 5'4" tall and weighing 130 pounds.
