Kenneth Dewayne Williams, a 20-year-old man, was last seen on October 25, 2008, in Memphis, Tennessee. At the time, Kenneth was living with his girlfriend in the Jackson and National area in northeast Memphis. He was last seen at a hotel on the 3700 block of Jackson in Memphis, and he did not own a vehicle. After that day, Kenneth has not been heard from again, and foul play is suspected in his disappearance.
