Gregory Ralph Bryan Jr., age 23, was last seen on August 1, 2009, in Del Norte County, California. He was supposed to meet a friend in September for a trip, but he never showed up, which was unusual for him as he was known to be reliable and punctual. Gregory was described as athletic, having played basketball throughout high school, and was also a talented musician and songwriter.
It has been speculated that he may have become involved with marijuana to fund his musical career, but it is unclear if this played a role in his disappearance.
Standing at 5'10" and weighing around 170 pounds, Gregory was a Native American member of the Paiute tribe. His family and friends have been deeply concerned, as his sudden disappearance without any communication was out of character. Foul play is suspected, though there has been little evidence to clarify what happened to him.
