In the spring of 2011, a sense of unease settled over a family in Chicago, Illinois, when 38-year-old Jamie Enrique Cortez-Banos vanished without a trace. He was last seen on April 11, 2011, at the Douglas Park Festival. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing light-colored jeans, a t-shirt, and tennis shoes.
