Jamie Enrique Cortez-Banos, age 38, was last seen on April 11, 2011, at the Douglas Park Festival in Chicago, Illinois. Described as bi-racial (Hispanic and White), Jamie was around 5'3" to 5'6" tall, weighed between 170 to 175 pounds, and had black hair and brown eyes. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing light jeans, a t-shirt, and tennis shoes, and he had a tattoo on his leg.
