Peter Lipinoga, a 54-year-old man from Niagara Falls, New York, was last seen on March 8, 2013. His car was found parked at Niagara Falls State Park near Terrapin Point, and witnesses reported seeing a man matching his description entering the water in that area. Lipinoga has not been seen or heard from since that day, and authorities believe he likely drowned, though his body has never been recovered.
