Philip Carl Raush, 56, was last seen on December 20, 2013, in Ann Arbor, Michigan. He informed his significant other that he planned to walk to California. Raush left his home on foot and was never heard from again. His disappearance was officially reported on January 31, 2014, after all efforts to locate him failed.
