Monica Denise Jackson, age 45, was last seen on February 23, 2014, in Savannah, Georgia. She was known to frequent several areas in the city, including the 600 block of West 39th Street and the 200 block of West 32nd Street. Despite being last seen in 2014, Jackson was not officially reported missing until 2015, which complicated efforts to investigate her disappearance.
