Lisa Costello, a 14-year-old girl, was last seen on October 12, 2014, in Martinez, California. While being driven to her group home by a social worker, Lisa ran away when the car stopped for gas. Despite having ties to the Richmond, California area, she has not been seen or heard from since that day.
