Jennifer Lynn Forsythe, a 28-year-old woman from Ocala, Florida, was last seen on July 19, 2016. On the day of her disappearance, Jennifer was at her mother’s house in the 4900 block of Northeast 28th Court. The family was preparing for a weekend camping trip when Jennifer told her mother she needed to step out to buy cigarettes. She left but never returned, and has not been heard from since.
Though Jennifer had previously disappeared for short periods of time, this absence has been unusually long, raising concerns among family and investigators. She is described as 5’4” tall, weighing around 135 pounds, with blonde or brown hair and blue eyes. Despite several searches, very few details about her whereabouts or what happened to her after she left her mother’s home have surfaced. Authorities believe she may still be in the Ocala area, but no definitive leads have emerged.
