In early 2017, concern grew for 49-year-old Kimberly Wilson-Talley after friends and family in Youngstown, Ohio, had not heard from her. An aunt reported her missing on January 19, 2017, after neighbors at her Magnolia Avenue apartment complex stated they had not seen her for weeks. At the time of her disappearance, Kimberly was undergoing treatment for throat cancer and required a feeding tube, making her voluntary disappearance unlikely.
