Baltazar Guzman, a 58-year-old man, was last seen on October 18, 2017, in the vicinity of 18th Street and Blue Island Avenue in Chicago, Illinois. At the time of his disappearance, he was described as a Hispanic male, standing between 5'8" and 5'10" tall and weighing around 180 pounds. He had brown hair and brown eyes, with a distinctive birthmark on the side of his abdomen. Guzman may have used the alias "Bob Balteser."
