Michael Nicholas Celli, 23, went missing on May 19, 2018, from Port Penn, Delaware. He was last seen in the Delaware River near the Reedy Point Bridge. According to reports, Celli had been swimming in the river's marshlands when he disappeared. His vehicle, a black 2006 Honda Accord, was found abandoned on Route 9, just south of the bridge, which heightened concerns about his safety. Despite extensive searches of the area, no trace of him has been found, and he is presumed to have drowned.
