Adagio Talifero, a 14-year-old boy, was last seen on June 7, 2018, when he and his father, Gerald "Storm" Talifero, set sail from Goleta Beach, California, bound for Hawaii. The two were reportedly planning to make a brief stop in San Diego before continuing their journey, but they never arrived in Hawaii, and no further contact was made with them. The father and son had purchased plane tickets to return to California on September 1, 2018, but they did not board their flight.
