James Bernard Liedtka, a 28-year-old Army veteran and UW-Stout student, was last seen in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, during the early morning hours of November 4, 2018. He had been out with friends celebrating a birthday when he became separated from the group. Surveillance footage captured James walking eastbound on Water Street, behind the Pickle Tavern, at approximately 1:13 a.m., heading toward a bike trail near the Chippewa River. This was the last confirmed sighting of him.
