Janice Kay Carroll, a 33-year-old woman from Dallas, Texas, was last seen on July 18, 1975. According to her husband, they had a heated argument, after which he left their home. When he returned, Janice was gone, and she has not been heard from since. Her disappearance raised suspicions when, two years later, her car was found abandoned in the parking lot of an apartment complex in Waco, Texas, about 100 miles from her home.
