On July 1, 1982, 20-year-old Randall Fuller went missing after taking a 12-foot sailboat out to sea near Brunswick, Maine, with his friend, Steven Westlake. The two embarked on what seemed to be a routine outing, but they never returned. The following day, their boat was found capsized approximately one mile southwest of Sequin Island, but neither Randall nor Steven were located despite extensive search efforts.
