Debbie Ann Pena, a 23-year-old woman, went missing on March 8, 1984, from Orange County, California. She was last seen that day, and since then, no trace of her has been found. Described as a Hispanic female with brown hair and brown eyes, Debbie was 5'8" tall and weighed around 102 pounds at the time of her disappearance.
