Theresa Hickmon, a 20-year-old woman, disappeared from Jacksonville, Florida, on December 1, 1984. She was last seen boarding a boat named *Sea Fever*, a 42 or 46-foot 1960 Richardson, along with her friend Angela Westberry and two unidentified men. The group was supposedly heading for a vacation in the Bahamas. However, after leaving Jacksonville, they were never seen again.
