Nori Oyakawa Jenkins, aged 51, was last seen on July 20, 1986, after walking away from the Topeka State Hospital in Kansas. Nori had a long history of mental illness and had been in and out of psychiatric facilities for most of her adult life. At the time of her disappearance, she had been living at the hospital and was known to have previously been homeless, sometimes residing under bridges.
