Ginger Martin, 34, was last seen on October 4, 1987, when she, along with her husband Charles Martin and a friend, John Brady, set off on a 38-foot Sea Ray boat from Dunedin, Florida. The group planned to sail to Haiti, but their journey took a mysterious turn. The disappearance was not reported to authorities until February 26, 1988, months after they were last seen. Despite investigations, neither the boat nor any of the passengers have been located.
