Roszan Jean Payne, age 37, was last seen on May 15, 1994, leaving her home in Royse City, Texas. She was driving a pea-green 1989 Volvo, which has never been recovered. Initially, her family believed she had left for just a few days, but when she failed to return or make contact, they reported her missing. During their own searches, family members heard reports that she had been seen at a bar in West Tawakoni and at a friend's house in Hawk Cove, but these leads did not yield significant in ...
