Gregory Thomas Arnold, 30, was last seen in Pacifica, California, on August 10, 1996. He was reported missing by his mother more than a month later on September 18, 1996. Gregory had recently been in custody at the Sonoma County Jail but was released and returned to his home in Pacifica. After his release, he left home around August 12, with plans to self-surrender to the San Mateo County Sheriff's Office on September 14.
