Jorge Quiroz-Agrasanchez, a 34-year-old man, was last seen on September 13, 1997, in Mexicali, Mexico. He left his residence around 7:30 p.m. to purchase dinner and never returned. His vehicle was later discovered in a remote area with the keys still in the ignition, but there was no sign of him. Jorge stood 6'4", weighed 200 pounds, and had black hair and brown eyes.
