Authorities are again seeking public help to find a schizophrenic man with ties to the Los Angeles area who went missing a year and a half ago.

Richard Llamas, 69, was last seen at George Washington University Hospital in Washington D.C., where he was treated on March 26, 2018, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.
