Apolino Contreras Missing Person Case

Apolino Contreras, aged 51, was last seen on March 9, 1998, at a care facility in Los Angeles, California, where he had been living. Contreras had the mental capacity of a two-year-old child and had been placed in the facility after being found wandering in Camarillo, California, in August 1997. Although he knew his name, he was unable to provide other identifying information, and efforts to locate his family had been unsuccessful at the time of his disappearance.
