Michael Lester Cooper, 41, was last seen on March 8, 2000, in Newport News, Virginia. At the time of his disappearance, Michael was reportedly living a transient lifestyle, and due to his circumstances, the report of his missing status was delayed. Michael, who had blond hair and blue eyes, was known to be an outdoorsman with survivalist skills. He may have been involved in the construction or fishing industries.
