In the coastal city of Newport News, Virginia, a 41-year-old man named Michael Lester Cooper vanished in the early spring of 2000. He was last seen on March 8th of that year. Michael, a Caucasian male with blond hair and blue eyes, stood at approximately five feet six inches tall and weighed around 170 pounds.
